CARDIAC 101 APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Your Cardiac 101 Screening will include a modified exercise test requiring shoes and clothing adequate for a brisk walk or jog for several minutes (although running shoes and “work out” clothes are not necessary). Please download:

The Comprehensive Evaluation will take about two hours and requires more preparation than the Cardiac 101 Screen. BILLING / INSURANCE
Most insurance companies do not cover cardiac screening (i.e. cardiac testing without a prior diagnosis). Payment for the Cardiac 101 Screening is required in full at the time of visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance (such as corporate accounts). The Comprehensive Cardiovascular Evaluation may be covered by some insurance companies, depending on individual plans and prior diagnosis. Please contact our Executive Director for more information.
